Operational & Educational Support to Women’s Home

We are proud to support a women’s hostel by contributing towards their operational costs and sponsoring the education of five young women. This initiative aims to provide a safe, stable environment and empower them through continued learning and personal development.

The young women are supported to continue their studies, including professional courses. This includes enrolment, tuition and educational materials to ensure uninterrupted learning, including professional and certified skill courses. They are guided toward job placements and vocational training based on their abilities, helping them become financially independent. Once employed, they receive counselling to adjust to the workplace and are encouraged to manage their earnings independently through savings and bank accounts.

This Home provides a spacious, semi-independent, secure environment for young adults to continue their education. The young women receive a healthy, nutritious diet. Travelling expenses are also provided every month to allow them to travel independently to school, college and vocational training.

Hope Kolkata a non profit organization helped us in identifying this home and designed the entire project to provide essential support and care to the women residing here.

The progress of each young woman at this Home is monitored by Case Workers and the Superintendents who report to the Programme Manager and Head of Organisation. Regular follow-up is carried out to review the status of health, education and other aspects to evaluate progress with respect to expectations.
